I feel compelled to say THANK YOU for not unfriending me. I haven't been the hostess with mostess lately. I blog on the fly and comment rarely..You all have the patience of saints! PFF is such a wonderful group of caring, creative, paper lovers. Each and every one of you absolutely amaze me.
unfriend - verb - To remove someone as a "friend" on a social networking site such as Facebook.
As in, "I decided to unfriend my roommate on Facebook after we had a fight."

I appreciate the quality of your upbeat posts in both blogs. I only recently discovered the new castle building one. It's a surprise to me how much easier it is to keep in touch with the blogs that are on Facebook than through blogspot on blogger.
About the friend/unfriend you word-recently, a friend didn't know how she knew me. I answered her questions and she said she would RE-FRIEND me! Isn't that a riot?!!
I think de-friend works also. I was friended, then de-friended, and now I'm re-friended! :-)

Nice postcard of 2 old-fashioned friends. "unfriend" is an interesting concept. Real friends shouldn't need that word.

Love the new layout! And thanks for the definition of factrice. Been wondering what it meant but it never occurred to google it. lol! As for the lovely postcard, the woman on the left looks as if she's about to unfriend the one on the right! Or maybe the one on the right has just RE-friended her! btw, the built-in spellchecker doesn't recognize "google", "unfriend", or "refriend". How funny is that for an internet browser!

I saw that new word too. I think the word should be "de-friend" or "defriend" not "unfriend."
This reminds me of the old ads from the 1970s for 7-Up (do they still make that soda pop?). Their tagline, to distinguish it from all the colas, was to call themselves the "uncola." In french, I think it was "l'incola."
I will never unfriend you! Besides, I thought it was me. I blog rarely - except for PFF- visit rarely and comments are almost non-existant. I think I am that hermit I have always wanted to be.

"to unfriend" sounds absolutly idiotic, butmaybe this is because of my german-ears.
However it is not a verb I like, contraty to your vintage- postcards wich I like a lot.

Please don't unfriend me on Facebook. I guess Blogger spell check doesn't think unfriend is a word as it is trying to correct as I type. It doesn't think Facebook is a word either. My postcard offering will be up in a second.
